CEO / Founder Rev. Felix M. Sarpong, a trailblazing first-generation Ghanaian American, emerged from the vibrant streets of the Bronx, New York—the city he passionately calls home. Known for its iconic Bronx Bombers, the New York Yankees, it's no surprise that this dynamic individual carries the spirit of a true champion within him. Currently, he resides in the welcoming embrace of Westchester County, alongside his beloved wife, Richel, and their three remarkable children: Sarah, Sophia, and Felix Jr. Rev. Sarpong's journey began in the New York public school system, where he embarked on his early education, laying the foundation for his remarkable path ahead. At Lehman College, he honed his skills and passion, culminating in a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Management in 1999. Undeterred by challenges, he continued his pursuit of excellence, achieving a Master's of Science degree in School Building Leadership in 2009, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Mercy College. In recognition of his unwavering commitment to his calling, Rev. Sarpong was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Divinity in 2014, alongside his Ministerial ordination from the esteemed WCM Church Organization. Rev. Felix M. Sarpong heeded the divine call upon his life, dedicating three faithful years to Creston Avenue Baptist Church, his spiritual haven of 27 years. His journey then led him to serve as a Resident Pastor at Action City Church-New York, under the influential leadership of Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams and Bishop Kwesi Adutwum, where he passionately devoted five transformative years. Beyond his ministerial duties, Rev. Sarpong stands as the CEO and Founder of Helping Hand World Outreach, Inc., a non-profit organization committed to aiding struggling underserved families and communities. In the realm of education, he has been a dedicated educator for 17 years with the New York City Department of Education. Rev. Sarpong's commitment to community extends further as he assumes pivotal roles, including CEO/Founder of FNS Solutions, LLC, Chief Executive Officer of Victory Entertainment International, one of the voice who champed African Hip Hop (AFROBEATS) here in the State, and Head of Operations (USA) for Youth, Icons Ghana. He plays a vital role as the sole African representative on the Bronx Heritage Music Center Advisory Board and holds the esteemed position of Cultural Ambassador at The Bronx Museum of Art. He is also a Taskforce member representing the African Union to the United Nations and an active Board member of the Bridge to Africa 360 Coalition. Rev. Felix M.
